Check These Out- Cupcake Pops!

I made these cupcake pops for part of our 4th of July Celebration yesterday. I got the idea from a really neat blog site- Bakerella. Of course mine didn't look quite as nice as the ones on the site, but if you don't compare them they look pretty good. My kids really love them. Hope you had a great 4th of July. Below are some cupcakes I made for Mother's Day. I got the idea off the same blog site. I love to be creative and try new things. If any of you know of any sites I might be interested in, please let me know.

I love the cupcake pops. I wish I'd known about them last Thurs. I work in a small temple that does not have a cafeteria so I organized an ordinance worker potluck that we have the first Thurs. of each month. I took dessert last Thur. Wouldn't that have been cute! I think I will do the flower ones in Aug. Are those cookies on top?

I know you would love Chef Marie's web site. She gives great spiritual thoughts and recipes. You can click on to her from my blog.

The flowers on top of the Mother's day cupcakes are made with Wilton Chocolates. You can buy them in different colors or color them yourself if they don't have a color you need. It gives step by step instructions on the bakerella site. Let me know how yours turn out.
