Breaking Dawn Release!!

I'm back from my vacation to Dallas and done reading the Twilight Series!!
When I was in Dallas visiting Holly and Tara, we decided it would be fun to go at midnight to get the release of Breaking Dawn, the 4th book in the Twilight Series. I had only read the first book Twilight at the time and was on New Moon, but I thought it would be fun to go and wait with the crowd for the new release. These books are so addicting!! Well, I have since read Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. There were some pretty good twists to the story.

Here is a picture of the line at Wal-mart that night.
Here we are reading our books. Tara- Breaking Dawn, Holly - Eclipse, and me - New Moon

I think that it is so cute that you went down and went shopping in the middle of the night to get Breaking Dawn. I love the picture of the three of you reading. I just started on Eclipse now. I feel sorry for Jacob... he seems like such a nice werewolf.

My visiting teacher is an author. They had talked to her briefly about making her books into a movie before Twilight came along. She has published about 54 books and has been on the New York best seller list for years. She writes western romance novels under the name Madaline Baker and vampire romance novels under the name Amanda Ashley.... Her latest trilogy of vampire books are Night's Kiss, Night's Touch and Night's Master. (she just gave me one of her copies of Night's Master. It may not come out in stores until Oct.) Her books are shorter than the twilight series. They are about 365 pages but they are fast paced and get you involved really fast.

I think you and your girls would enjoy them. Give them a try....If you do, let me know what you think and I'll tell Mandy.
