Last month I joined "Freedom Fitness" I figured since I usually just sleep in the car when the boys are in Seminary (6 a.m every weekday) that I might as well join a gym that is open that early in the morning and use that time wisely. I have been pretty faithful and have lost about 10 pounds so far. I am feeling stronger already. They have a 30 minute cardio circuit training program that I do every other day. They have this really neat Eliptical machine that I do the other days. I am so glad that I joined. It has really helped to motivate me to lose some weight and I feel much healthier!!
